About Thornton Healthcare Management
Founded on the core beliefs of community and quality care, Windsor Place Nursing Center began in 1994. A few short years later in 1998, The Springs Nursing Facility was added to the organization, allowing potential residents to choose their preferred location. Finally, in 2017, Grace Hill Nursing and Rehab was acquired and Thornton Healthcare Management was born.
All three facilities, while each offers unique features, provide standard care-taking services like 24-hour skilled care, therapy, respite care, and more. Thornton Healthcare Management is proud to be a trusted, integral part of the community, and continues to treat each and every valued resident like family.
